Alta: Alta Ski Area is nestled at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon, in the Wasatch mountains in Utah, known around the globe for its powder skiing. With an annual snowfall average of 547” powder days are a way of life here. Only 32 miles from Salt Lake City airport, accessing Alta's beautiful scenery, diverse terrain and notorious powder skiing is quick and easy!
Whitewater: Whitewater Ski Resort is a beloved place to ski just outside the city of Nelson, British Columbia. Accessible with flights into Spokane, WA. The ski area is known for its powder, playful steeps, plentiful pillows, and evenly spaced trees with none of the pretentiousness found at other resorts. While we can’t guarantee deep snow, we do assure that the terrain at Whitewater is made for improving your powder skills and discovering how to make the whole mountain effortless and fun!
Apex: Apex Mountain is known for low humidity and lots of precipitation which is the perfect combination for that champagne powder ski vacation dreams are made of. As the only resort in the Okanagan with North Easterly facing slopes, that champagne powder can remain unaffected for days. So once you've finished shredding every stash you could uncover in the resort... hello, slackcountry and backcountry skiing!
Alpental: Alpental is synonymous with skiing in the Pacific Northwest. Its deep-rooted history and legendary terrain make this mountain a bucket list item for skiers and riders. The area provides some of the steepest and deepest runs in the region. Accessible with flights into Seattle, WA, Snoqualmie Pass has big mountain terrain with a small mountain vibe. Featuring famous steeps, back bowls, terrain parks, a Nordic center and Tubing Park, the keyword here is variety when it comes to progressing your skiing. Although not guaranteed, with an average annual snowfall of 420” powder skiing is certainly not something to rule out!
