How do I join?

Create a free evo.com account. That's it -- you're in. If you already have an account, you're already a member.

How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point per $1 spent on merchandise at evo.com, evo stores (US), evo service and rental shops (US), and direct bookings at evo Hotel Salt Lake City and evo Hotel Tahoe City. Refer a friend and earn 250 points when they complete their first order. Spend $1,000+ on an evoTrip and earn 1,000 points after your trip. Points are calculated on your order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and fees, and post within 72 hours of shipment. Gift card purchases don't earn points.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 365 days from the date they're earned.

Where do I check my balance?

Log into your evo account and go to the Membership page. Your points balance and available rewards are all there.

Can I earn points on sale items?

Yes. Points are earned on both full-price and sale purchases.

Can I earn points on orders placed before I joined?

No. Points only apply to orders placed after enrollment.

How do I redeem my rewards?

You need at least 200 points to redeem (200 points = $20). From your Membership page, click Redeem and apply the code at checkout. In store, show the code to an associate. Rewards are valid on full-price items only, with a $60 order minimum. Up to $60 in rewards can be applied per transaction. Reward codes expire 12 months after they are issued.

Can I use a reward code and a discount code together?

No. Membership rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Points earned on a returned order are removed once the return is processed. Any reward you applied to that purchase is refunded back to your account.

I forgot to apply my reward at checkout. Can I add it after?

No. Rewards can only be applied before an order is placed.

Something looks off with my points balance. What do I do?

Contact our customer care team and we'll sort it out.

Can membership benefits change?

Yes. We'll notify you by email if there are any changes to program terms.

What other benefits do members get?

How do I opt out?
