Each product we sell is covered by our easy, 366-day return policy, but we ask that you submit your return in a timely manner whenever possible. If your new, unused item doesn’t work out, send it back to us for a full refund (less any shipping charges). 

Return Options 

Within the United States

Option 1: Ship your return  

  • Get a return label from us!  We offer UPS return shipping labels for everything, except freight items, for a small fee (Visit our return pricing here).  This is typically the cheapest shipping option. 48 contiguous states only.
  • Ship it back on your own. You pay return cost at your favorite package carrier. Ensure you keep your tracking # to confirm your package arrives back to our Distribution Center.

Please include all the product’s original packaging when mailing the return and package carefully to avoid damage while in transit.

Option 2: Drop off your return (Free!)

Products eligible for return can be brought to any U.S. store location during normal business hours regardless of whether you bought the product online, on the phone, or at a store. Note: Please do not start a return online; just bring the product to the store and our team will take it from there. Unfortunately, freight items cannot be returned at a store.  

Please be sure to bring proof of purchase and all the product’s original packaging with you.

Outside the United States

Option 1: Ship your return. (evo.com purchases)

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending items back to the U.S. Please include all the product’s original packaging when mailing the return and package carefully to avoid damage while in transit.

Option 2: Drop off your return. (Canadian store purchases only) 

If you purchased your product from one of our Canadian store locations, products eligible for a return can be brought to any of our Canadian store locations during normal business hours.  

Please be sure to bring proof of purchase and all the product’s original packaging with you.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. Returns must be initiated within 366 days of purchase.  

Exchange Policy 

If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return. 

Refund Policy 

Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Should the original payment method no longer be valid for any reason, we will issue an evo gift card. 

Returns Fraud: If a return using our prepaid return label shows delivery to a location that is not our warehouse and follows the patterns associated with fraud, we will not process a refund. If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us.


FAQs  

What items can I return?
Everything we sell can be returned for a full refund (less expedited shipping charges) within 366 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in the same condition they were recieved.


Can I mail more than one item back in the same box? 
Yes, please do as that’s more eco-friendly but just be sure you’ve set up your return to include every item you’re returning and package the items carefully.  


What do I do if I receive a damaged item? 
If your item arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will help you return the damaged item and provide a replacement — all completely free of charge.


How do I cancel all or part of my order?
Follow these instructions to cancel all or part of your order. 

If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until you receive your item(s) and then set up a return. View your Order History to check shipment status. 


How do I submit a warranty claim?
We do not accept returns after an item has been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. See our Warranty Policy for more details. 


How long will it take to receive a refund?
It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund once we receive your return. However, it can take longer, especially over the holidays.  
Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Should the original payment method no longer be valid for any reason, we will issue an evo gift card. 


How am I refunded if a portion of the product was paid for using a gift card? 
We will attempt to refund as much as possible back to any associated credit card on the order; any amount remaining after that will be refunded via the issuance of a new electronic gift card. The e-gift card will be sent to the email address on file. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing the e-gift card information. Electronic gift cards can be redeemed online at evo.com or in person at our US stores.


What if I see the item for less after I’ve purchased it from evo?
Check out our Lowest Price Guarantee and submit a price match request form if your purchase qualifies.
