There aren't too many Golf x Wakeboarding crossover technologies, but then again, there aren't too many Parks Bonifays in this world. The Ronix Parks Modello Wakeboard borrows golfball dimple technology and slaps it all over the bottom of the board, creating a loose, friction busting feel that allows the rider to break free at the drop of a hat. Combine that with a long effective edge and huge surface area, and you've got the perfect tool for a wake-slashing good time.
Continuous Rocker – An earlier arc with a mellower degree will have a smoother, more consistent glide up the wake. A rider will be able to carry more speed up the transition and land tricks farther out into the flats.
6 (1 Stored Energy - 10 Instant Energy) – More stored energy means the rider is given more time to generate the full lift from the power building from the tip all the way to the tail of the board. Instant energy generates quick lift and snap off the wake with an extra kick.
Concave Bottom
G&R Technology – Grip and release channels have all the traction you need without creating unneeded resistance with the water.
Variable Rail
Modello Core – The most durable core in the Ronix line, it's light, tough, and affordable.
Mod Pour Foam
Mococoque & Krypto Cable Construction
Magic Carpet Top / Bottom Glass
Tee Box Technology – Parks plays a lot of golf. He is actually pretty good. One day he called from the Tee Box and said he wanted to try golf ball dimples on the bottom of his new board. The result is a board that rides looser, higher, and actually has less resistance with the water. Great ideas come from all places
Four 1" Ramp Fins
Four 0.8" Free Agent Fins
M6 Inserts – A higher thread count means more hold on a shallower depth, allowing thinner board profiles with shorter inserts. This results in more board feel without sacrificing boot lock down.
