If you thought lighter meant smaller, think again: the Hyperlite Rusty Pro Wakeboard combines a large surface area with a featherlight build. This design philosphy is based around the idea that you can handle the same mass on your feet, while counting on increased surface area for control, leverage, and float. The result is a poppy, nimble board that gives you the confidence you need to go big off the wake.
Abrupt Continuous Rocker – This rocker line adds a little more kick that so many riders look for. The Abrupt Continuous rocker line transitions to a slightly exaggerated tip and tail rocker creating added pop without sacrificing speed into the wake.
Sized Up Philosophy – Advances in board construction have reduced boards' overall weight, keeping swing weight at a minimum. Combined with the wake size of today, this evolution means it's time to ride a larger board delivering more pop and airtime and more stable and secure landings.
Dual Tip to Tail Channels
Variable Edge Profile – Forgiving between the inserts, the edges sharpen towards the tip and tail.
Biolite 3 Core – The secret recipe HL has been perfecting since day one. This core is the gold standard in the industry and used throughout the line. Bio 3 is HL's lightest and most durable formula to date.
Layered Glass – Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate. With layered glass, this deck will have the same pop off the double up year after year.
Monocoque Construction – Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one. Generating a more durable board on side impacts to prevent delamination.
Molded Landing Feature – Shape disperses water on impact for softer landings.
0.7" SS Beam 4-Pack – Beam Fins are modeled after a traditional molded-fin, providing a looser feel than P-Wing and A-Wing Fins. Beam Fins have a running length of 8.5" and can break free when desired.
M6 Inserts – Delivers a more secure fit of the bolts to the inserts, improving bolt retention keeping binding hardware locked down.
Shaped by Aaron Stumpf – Aaron Stumpf leads the Hyperlite research and development team shaping many of our bestselling wakeboards and surfers. A product design specialist with 25 years of experience, Aaron also creates our manufacturing processes and innovative construction formulas.

You have a crew but don't want the performance compromises that come with passing a substandard binding around a bunch of heavy hitters. No problem, the Hyperlite Team OT Wakeboard Bindings have you covered. The Team OTs are engineered to be as supportive as possible in an easily adjustable open toed design that will happily accomodate the whole boat. Dual quick cinch lace zones allow for easy entry and exit, and the Low Pro Plate System keeps the ride light and snappy.
Max Support Level – Material selection engineering to maintain solid support and feel.
Easy On Fit – Binding opens wide easing entry to begin your session.
Adjustable Sizing – Adjustable toe design & floating tongue offer different shoe sizes a secure fit.
Dual Lace Closure – Upper and lower lace closures provide adjustability & customization.
Low Pro Plate System – The Low Pro Plate System takes much of what Hyperlite learned from the System Binding and incorporates it into a more traditional design. They began by reducing the overall volume by nearly 16%, which translates into a much lighter boot. The drop-through footbed keeps a rider closer to the deck for maximum control and response. To ensure the baseless design did not produce unwanted plate twist, they connected the sidewalls to chassis create a stronger foundation.
Aluminum Mounting System – Reinforced stability plates with a raised teeth interlocking design, reducing heel lift and solidifying your connection.
Flow Through Drain Panels – Engineered gaps to shed water weight quickly, reducing weight during each session.
Universal 6" Mounting Spread – Industry standard insert pattern - Mates with every wakeboard on the market today.
Molded EVA Footbed – Ergonomically molded EVA provides comfort and support for ability levels, impact protection and arch support included on all Hyperlite footbeds.
