Asym Molecular Bushing – More durable and more cushioned than traditional thermoformed EVA, Molecular Bushings act as a suspension system between the baseplate and the boards top sheet, to help reduce vibrations from harsh snow pack. The all-new asymmetrical bushing shape allows for increased freestyle flexibility and natural inward canting while riding.

2-Layer Baseplate Construction – A traditional snowboard baseplate is made of a single layer with the same material and stiffness throughout. Union’s all-new 2 Layer baseplate construction allows us to have two individual layers: the Core and the Frame. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.
