The Atomic Backland 85 UL Skis are seriously lightweight. Coming in at less than 1kg per ski, these are the perfect thing to bring with you when your day calls for thousands of feet of vert, hundreds of kick turns, and probably a jump turn or two on the way down. They're like little lightsabers for your feet, effortlessly flickable, but deadly precise. And in addition to being machines built for the destruction of technical lines, they also make for darn good corn skis, with Atomic's HRZN Tech tips letting you plane over smooth snow and surf across open faces at speed.

Rocker/Camber Rocker/Camber skis pair a traditional cambered profile underfoot with an elongated, early rise tip borrowed from fully rockered skis. This profile places the front contact point further back from the tip, while the rear contact point remains close to the tail. The rockered tip allows for better flotation and less edge catch for increased float in deep snow, while the cambered rear stores and transmits energy similarly to a fully cambered ski.
