The little sister of the Temptation 88, the Rossignol Temptation 82 Skis are a slightly less adventurous version better suited to life on the groomed. This ski will still do it all, relying on Rossignol’s combination of Auto Turn Rocker, Extended Sidecut, and Cascade Tip to create one of the most versatile all-mountain carving machine available. Auto Turn Rocker gives you traditional camber over 70% of the ski’s length plus low rocker at the tip and tail, resulting in edge hold and stability with easy turn initiation and speed control in any snow conditions. This package also includes Rossignol's Speed Set Axial2 120 Bindings.
Auto Turn Rocker – 70% Traditional camber in the center of the ski delivers power and edge hold. 30% Rocker at the tip and tail for easy steering, speed control and versatility in all snow types.
Extended Sidecut – Extending the sidecut far into the tip means that the ski can be in contact with the snow along its full length when the skier is angulated and at high speeds. At lower speeds, rotation becomes easier.
Wood / Basalt Core
Sandwich Laminate – A wood core with metal and/or high tech laminates provides ultimate stability, power and durability.
Traditional sidewalls apply direct pressure to the edges for increased precision and edging power
Rossignol Speed Set Axial2 120 Ski Bindings – 3.5-12 DIN range // Demo track with large amount of aajustability for different boot sole lengths
Bindings Do Not Come Mounted to Skis – Always have a certified binding technician mount and adjust your bindings.
Dual Action Toepiece – Four points of contact with the boot provide maximum power transmission // 180 degree multi-directional release delivers more reliable release // High vertical and lateral elastic travel provides shock absorption and reduces inadvertent release // 45 mm lateral travel // Reinforced housing increases binding integrity // Wide mounting zone for better contact with wide skis
Axial2 Heel – Strong power transmission due to angled lateral arms // High forward pressure elasticity improves ski rebound and responsiveness // 25 mm of vertical elastic travel, the longest travel of any binding on the market, reduces unwanted pre-releasing // Wide mounting zone for better contact with wide skis
Cascade Tip – This specific tip construction involves stepping the end-points of the top two layers, one metal and the other fiberglass. This construction delivers better torsional control of the tip, for more effective grip and very high precision in turns.
