A great all-mountain option for beginner and intermediate skiers, these skis were created to be a bridge between the frontside and the backside. Playful and intuitive to turn on-piste, the Kore 85 X Skis boast Head's Allride Rocker, a lightweight karuba/poplar wood core, and a durable sandwich cap construction.

Allride Rocker – Rocker that is equally at home on bulletproof snow as it is in powder. This profile uses early rise in the tip with regular camber throughout the rest of the ski. 20% rocker – 80% camber.
Core
Karuba / Poplar Lightweight Wood Core – Utilizing karuba wood in the core gives you the perfect balance of density, durability, and weight.
Laminates
Graphene – Graphene is the strongest, lightest material known to man. Integrating Graphene into the construction of the ski has two essential benefits: a reduction in weight and an increase in performance.
Sidewalls
Sandwich Cap Construction – Thanks to the unique properties of Graphene, the Superlite Sandwich Cap Construction uses less material but increases responsiveness, allowing faster and more precise changes form edge-to-edge. The ultimate ski for flotation and responsiveness.
Base
Structured UHM C Base – The same high quality material used in Head's world-leading race skis is used here. Different structured running base for all conditions.

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.

Toe Piece
Triple Pivot Elite 3 Toe – Toe construction with impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the highest energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes the power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains.
AFD Gliding Plate – All Marker bindings (except the Jester Pro) are equipped with a moveable AFD (Anti Friction Device), allowing a precise release unhindered by dirt, snow, and ice buildup. The type of AFD is matched to the skier type, ensuring perfect functionality from racing to junior and even alpine touring.
Sole.ID – Marker Sole.ID allows Marker Authorized Retailers to adjust Sole ID equipped bindings to every type of adult ski boot sole, from ISO 5355 Alpine to ISO 9523 Touring, with a height adjustable gliding plate (AFD).
Anti Ice Rail – Use the metal rail to scratch off ice and snow below your boot sole.
Heel Piece
Inter Pivot 3 Heel – The newest generation Inter Pivot heel offers improved step-in performance, with a magnesium heel bracket for power transmission and energy absorption.
