The Salomon QST Lumen 98 Skis are ready for daily driver duty. These capable all mountain rippers will happily go from navigating trees and steeps to zooming groomers without missing a beat. They feature Salomon's proven Carbon and Flax layup with Cork Damplifier tips and tails to keep things extra smooth, with an easygoing personality that makes them a winner for intermediate and advanced skiers alike.
Freeride Rocker Profile – 20% Tip Rocker / Camber / 15% Tail Rocker
Full Poplar Woodcore – A woodcore from tip to tail offers optimum stability on snow and powerful rebound. Maximizes ski-to-snow contact and filters vibrations.
C/FX Carbon Weave – C/FX is a fiber layer consisting of Carbon and Flax woven together. It combines the strength, stability, minimal weight of carbon with the increased level of dampening of the flax.
Cork Damplifier – Cork is 16 times more absorptive than Koroyd. Using it in the tip and/or tail of the ski enables a high level of vibration absorption and dampening while decreasing weight.
Double Sidewalls Technology – A high density injected piece of ABS underfoot combined with full length sidewalls creates a strong platform underfoot to maximize grip on hard snow.
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.

Atomic introduced BOA® last season, and this year it's coming to the newly designed Atomic Hawx Prime 85 BOA W GW Ski Boots. With a fresh clean exterior, easier step-in and even more effective Memory Fit heat molding (do this at your Atomic dealer), the Hawx Prime 85 BOA® adds a BOA® Fit System lower cable closure that distributes pressure more evenly over the top of the foot and can be dialed in with the utmost of precision for the perfect balance of comfort and control.
Last: 100 mm – Designed for average width feet with average and slightly taller insteps.
Adaptive Fit Cuff System – These boots come with a special spoiler in the back of the cuff. If you want a classic, cozy fit around the calf you can just leave the spoiler in. If you want more volume you can take the spoiler out. This makes the boot cuff slightly lower at the back, more tuliped and more open (equivalent to one cuff size larger). It's quick, easy and you don't need tools.
Low Cuff - All Sizes – Designed for improved comfort with women's calves
Flex: 85 – A medium stiff flex for balanced power and response for intermediate to advanced skiers.
3D Bronze Liner – Features Asymmetric Liner Construction with an asym tongue, toe box, collar shape and high-quality lining materials.
Shell – Polyurethane
Cuff – Polyurethane
Prolite – Instead of starting with a standard construction and cutting material away to save weight, Prolite does the opposite. It starts with the slimmest possible profile and then builds up reinforcements in key areas where strength is needed - like the Energy Backbone down each boot spine.
Forward Lean – 15˚
Shell Rotation – 3˚
2 6000 Series Aluminum Cuff Buckles
BOA® Fit System Lower Closure – Allows more even distribution of pressure over the forefoot and instep and infinite precise adjustment.
35 mm Velcro Strap
Cantable GripWalk ISO 23223 Grip Pads
