With a waist of 120 mm and available only in a 190 length, the Rossignol Squad 7 Skis + Axial 2 Speedset Bindings are the burliest of Rossignol’s S-Series offerings. These skis utilize the Powder Turn Rocker and Centered Sidecut of the original S7, but in a brawnier package that craves speed and air. If you love the way the original Rossignol S7 skis in the pow but want a little more stability at speed and during big drops, this is your ski. The Axial 2 Speedset Bindings keep these boards feeling solid underfoot even when things get sketchy, but release when they need to to prevent season-ending knee blowouts. Powder Turn Rocker – With 50% standard camber underfoot and 50% rocker in the tip and tail, this rocker profile offers tons of float in the deep stuff, while still retaining the edge control of traditional camber on hardpack.
Sidecut
Centered Sidecut – Featuring a unique tapering of tip and tail with short sidecut directly underfoot with a deep radius, this shape provides edge grip and power underfoot, while a shorter length of sidecut allows for easy steering and playfulness.

Wood core with reinforcing basalt fibers
Laminates
Sandwich Laminate – A wood core with metal and/or high tech laminates provides ultimate stability, power and durability while traditional sidewalls apply direct pressure to the edges for increased precision and edging power.
Included Bindings
Heel Peice – The reinforced heel housing offers increased power transmission thanks to a wider footprint and angled lateral arms.
Toe Piece – The dual action toepiece with 180˚ release offers 4 points of contact with the boot for superior power transmission and ACL-saving release capabilities.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
