It's all a process when you are out on the mountain. Now with the Burton Process Flying V Snowboard, you can make that process a little easier. Whether you are getting down in the park or just cruising the mountain, the Burton Process is there to progress your riding to new heights. Loaded with Burton tech, from Flying V™ to Squeezebox, this board is ready for everything the mountain has to offer. Don't look down because your are headed to the top with the Burton Process Flying V Snowboard.
Flying V™ – A Springloaded blend of camber and rocker performance, Flying V™ offers the best of both worlds. Rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhances playfulness and float through pow. Underneath your feet, subtle camber zones focus edge-control for crisp snap, added pop, and power through turns.
Directional Flex – This versatile flex features increased pop in the tail and a more resilient nose that allows riders to easily maintain control and flow through all terrain and conditions.
Infinite Ride™ – This Burton-exclusive technology allows for maximized pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride™ your board will maintain its flex, pop and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
Twin – The shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that's equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp, and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability no matter which way you point it.
Pro-Tip™ – A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Scoop – This exaggerated tip and tail scooping turns the edges up for a looser, more forgiving feel that adds catch-free fun when riding everything from a knee-high box to neck-deep pow.
Super Fly – Lightened up and loaded with pop, this vertical sandwich of hard and soft woods saves weight and improves snap and response. Further optimized for float in Burton freeride focused boards and strength in Burton park-focused boards.
Dual Zone™ EGD™ – Engineered Grain Direction manipulates the angles and direction of wood grains in the core for superior edge-hold, response, and durability.
Squeezebox – This improves performance through the balance of thicker, more powerful core sections with thinner, more flexible sections. Rider energy is transferred outward from where it originates beneath the feet, energizing the tip and tail while making the board more stable and easily manipulated.
Triax™ Fiberglass – Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
Jumper Cables – Jumper Cables on the NEW Process V-Rocker, NEW Déjà Vu V-Rocker, Blunt, Hate, and Social are ultra-light carbon stringers that radiate energy outward from your feet towards the tip and tail. Beyond adding amplitude to your ollies, they also create more snap when powering through turns. For maximum flight, the Jumper Cables Hi-Voltage on the Joystick, Hero, Hero Limited and Lip-Stick use carbonated rods for ultra-electrified pop and performance.
10:45 Sidewalls – Aggressive rippers take note. 10:45’s extra-meaty, dual angle geometry results in bomber impact absorption.
Sintered Base – Sintered bases are super-fast. Polyethylene pellets are forced together under extremely high pressure. The result is a singular piece of connected pellets with tiny pores across the entire base. Sintered bases absorb hot wax really well.
Diecut Base Color – Combinations may vary
Frostbite Edges – Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edgehold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining forgiving in softer conditions.
20-30% Recycled content
Eliminated Printing Chemicals – Uses more eco-friendly inks than traditional printing methods
Smooth Ride™ – Internal dampening lets you ride faster through rough terrain with more control and less impact on your body. The negative vibrations and shock are cushioned by the board before making it to your body. Featured on the Process Flying V™, Process, Sherlock, Fortress, Déjà Vu Flying V™, and Déjà Vu.
The Channel™ – Gives you the quickest, easiest way to mount your bindings with the most stance options possible: Take control of your stance and your board like never before, micro-adjust your width and angles with ALL major binding formats including EST®, Re:Flex™, and Disc. M6 hardware means it's compatible with all major binding companies, making it a choice for any rider.
