Mountain troopers in training ride the Burton Chopper Snowboard. The Chopper is one of Burton's most forgiving and easy-riding decks for lil's to learn on. The super groovy graphic by Kevin Lyons will get your ripper stoked to stand up and start turning. Thanks to the Flat Top Easy Rider feature, progression becomes inevitable! Let the frustrations of learning be a thing of the past . . . the confidence-building characteristics of the Burton Chopper Snowboard encourage beginners to keep going.
Flat Top with Easy Rider – Flat zones that extend just past the bindings create a platform that is easy to balance on and learn board control. A convex base combined with early rising, mellow rocker at the tip and tail create a catch-free, forgiving and user-friendly ride.
Twin Flex – Having a twin flex indicates that your board is perfectly symmetrical in flexibility from tip to tail so you gain a more balanced and predictable ride.
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch or play in the park. The nose and tail are identical and the flex is evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are perfectly symmetrical.
FSC™ Certified Fly® Core – Burton's classic tip-to-tail wood core. Without sacrificing the flex, pop or strength, it utilizes two wood species to create an extremely lightweight board.
Biax™ Fiberglass – Gives the board a jib and park friendly feel by softening the torsional flex.
Extruded – Speed, strength and pop in a base that requires little maintenance.
Die-Cut Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Behind the Graphic – Brooklyn-based designer, illustrator, and typographer Kevin Lyons, known for his signature hand-drawn art. Kevin brings wildly imaginative characters to the Burton Chopper Snowboard's graphic. [www.naturalborn.com]
