Ask any self-respecting ski bum and they'll tell you it's always smart to keep a few tots handy in your pocket. The Sego Ski Co. Tater Tot Skis model that same mantra. Designed by Tot-King, Tait Trautman, these 108mm waisted sticks are a one ski quiver for those who want to jib the whole mountain. While the combination of camber underfoot and a poplar core lend a stable and responsive feel, "Butter Platforms" in the tips and tails work with the rocker to make spins and butters wickedly easy! Score yourself a pair of these Sego Ski Co. Tater Tot Skis and prepare to turn famine to feast!
Symmetrical Moustache Rocker – Matching rocker in the tip and tail with camber under foot.
Directional Moustache Rocker – Rocker in the tip and shorter tail rocker with camber under foot.
Zero Camber – Flat under foot with a rockered tip and flat tail.
Directional Early Rise – Early rise tip, camber under foot, and a flat tail.
Twin Tip – Symmetrical early rise in the tip and tail for park skiing.
Butter Platform Tips & Tails – Makes it extremely easy to lay down butters.
Fully Symmetrical
Poplar Wood Core – Sego Ski Co. shapes and profiles their vertically laminated Poplar cores in-house to exacting standards. Poplar is lightweight, responsive, and absorbs vibration with ease.
Isocore – This polyurethane foam is reinforced with continuous glass fibers and is naturally strong and lightweight, allowing for maximum performance.
VDS Rubber – VDS (Vibration Dampening System) is a thin rubber foil placed over the edges as the ski is being laid up. It serves to limit vibration and increases the bonding strength between the edge and fiberglass laminates.
Triaxial Fiberglass – Sego uses various weights of fiberglass to enhance torsional rigidity and provide a predictable, confidence-inspiring experience.
Biaxial Carbon Fiber – Sego utilizes several different weaves of carbon in order to lighten and stiffen their touring models.
VDS Rubber
UHMW Sidewalls – The gold standard for durability in sidewall material. Sego CNC mills theirs in-house and bevels them to reduce topsheet chipping.
1.4mm Durasurf 4001 Base – Extra thick, die-cut free sintered bases provide exceptional durability and glide for years of performance.
Oversized Edges – Sego Ski Co. utilizes both full and 3/4 wrap edges depending on the model, all with oversized teeth, a 1.4mm edge height, and 2.2mm width.
Textured Polyamide Topsheet – Featured on all of the Sego models to prevent snow build-up and keep your skis light.
Snow-Ready Tune – Sego prides themselves on delivering skis with consistent, high-quality tunes that deliver impeccable performance straight out of the wrapper.
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
