The Attraxion 8 uses fewer petroleum products and lacquers for minimal effect on the environment and natural linen fibers to replace synthetic materials. This green-minded ski, however, is no slouch on the slopes. An Oversize Sidecut provides strong edge hold and stability on firm snowpack yet dances turn-to-turn. Women’s Tip Technology provides easy turn initiation while Power Turn Camber gives the ski excellent energy and snap. Bindings come mounted to skis but need to be adjusted for you and your ski boots. Always have a certified binding technician mount and adjust your bindings.

Women’s Tip Technology – Lightweight for easy turn initiation and transition, this tip shape aids rolling the ski edge to edge.
Forward mounting position changes female’s stance on ski, making it lighter for better balance and control. Power ramp interface was engineered to raise the heel which enhances turn initiation.

Carving For those that like the classic feeling of laying a ski over on edge and arcing a perfect turn, carving skis are what you want. These skis have narrower waists and shorter turn radii for edge to edge quickness and responsive turn initiation and exit on groomed runs and hard pack. The beginner-intermediate skis in this category are designed to make learning how to turn as easy as going from pizza to French fries. All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.

Rocker/Camber Rocker/Camber skis pair a traditional cambered profile underfoot with an elongated, early rise tip borrowed from fully rockered skis. This profile places the front contact point further back from the tip, while the rear contact point remains close to the tail. The rockered tip allows for better flotation and less edge catch for increased float in deep snow, while the cambered rear stores and transmits energy similarly to a fully cambered ski.
