Everyone likes to feel good. Bubble bath? Full body massage? Why not try the Burton Feelgood Flying V Snowboard instead. This snowboard gives you "feelgood" satisfaction by blending the snappy suspension of camber with the effortless float and control of rocker. From laid-back laps to high-speed attacks, its trailblazing design looks as good as it rides. With the latest in women's specific engineering, this is a board that presses, pops, and carves its way into a class all its own.
Flying V™ – A blend of Camber and Rocker, for the best of both worlds: rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhances playfulness and float. Underneath your feet, subtle camber zones focus edge-control for added pop and power through turns.
Flex Rating (1 Soft-10 Stiff) – 4, A medium flex for easy turning and forgiving freestyle moves
Twin – The flex is perfectly symmetrical from tip to tail for a balanced ride that's equally versatile regular or switch.
Pro-Tip™ – A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Directional – The classic, most versatile snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition
Women's Specific Super Fly II™ Core – Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Further optimized for float in Burton's freeride focused boards, and strength in their park boards.
Dual Zone™ EGD™ – Engineered Grain Direction manipulates the angles and direction of wood grains in the core for superior edge-hold, response, and durability.
Carbon Highlights Hi-Voltage – Carbon Highlights optimize each layer of the fiberglass matrix and add a full tip-to-tail carbon layer to reduce overall weight and fine tune torsional feel to achieve different ride characteristics. A 60° fiber angle creates a highly maneuverable and playful feel, while a 45° fiber angle provides a more aggressive ride. In select Hi-Voltage models, the addition of carbon strands to the angled fiber layers adds life and further reduces weight.
Lightning Bolts – Radiating outward from beneath your feet, these energy transfer strands allow us to make the board more responsive without making it stiff. The Hi-Voltage version features energy transfer strands woven into the fiberglass both above and below the board’s core for better power and response.
Sintered WFO – Super fast base that retains wax well, 50% recycled content
Frostbite Edges – Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edgehold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining forgiving in softer conditions.
Diecut Base Color – Combinations may vary
Artist – Chrissy Angliker
Gondola Package – Setting the benchmark with boards that are lighter, faster, and stronger for more air, quicker turns, and more fun no matter what the terrain or conditions
The Channel – The Channel focuses power through a central connection that acts as a backbone for the board’s internal tech. It also lets you easily micro-adjust your stance width and angles with EST™, Re:Flex™, or Disc bindings. Compatible with bindings by Forum, Drake, Union, Flow, Flux, Ride, and K2.
Infinite Ride™ – This Burton-exclusive technology allows Burton to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride™ your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
