POC Skull Light Helmet - Women's 2012: POC wanted to make something different than the usual “shrink it and pink it” concept often seen in various product lines aimed towards women. It looked at the specific needs and the anatomy among female users and went from there. The result is the POC Skull Light Helmet for women, taking into consideration the slightly different head shape among women, who in general show a greater breadth in relation to the length of the head compared to male users.

Construction
Semi-hard shell technology is used in a lighter model equipped with a core of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) instead of EPS. The difference between the materials is that EPP, unlike EPS, does not deform permanently on impact and is therefore suitable to absorb repetitive shocks. The outer shell is also updated for increased durability and optimized for the new liner material.
