You still want to ski like a boss, but you haven't run gates in years and you find yourself spending more and more time off the beaten track . . . plus you wind up booting to remote lines more often than not during a day's skiing. Sound familiar? The question is common these days, and the answer is the Lange XT 130 Ski Boots. With a beefy 130 flex, you'll keep the performance of your old plug boots, but enjoy the comfort, convenience and security of Lange's Power V-Lock walk mode and Ultra Grip sole with rubberized arch pad. So long sketchy traction when booting over rock and ice. Get it all in one fell swoop with the Lange XT 130.
Last: 100 mm – Medium volume last for average feet
Control Fit Technology – The process of shell engineering using the data derived from scanning thousands of feet allows Lange to deliver the most precise fit to the most feet in the business.
Flex: 130 – A very stiff flex for expert skiers and higher speeds.
Thermofit RL3 – The RL1, RL2 and RL3 liners are thermomouldable liners. They offer an increasing foot Retention Level from 1 to 3 (the highest retention) to meet the right balance of performance and comfort different skiers may need.
Power Wedge Tongue – Better wrapping of upper leg, enhances precision and sensitivity by eliminating any gap between shin and tongue.
Pre-Shaped Asymetrical Toe Box – To maximize comfort and retain warmth, the asymmetrical toe box is made of a bi-elastic and high thermo insulation.
Shell / Cuff – Polyether / Polyolefin
Mono Injected Shell – Injection technology based on the use of a single plastic material. Mono-injection delivers better ski performance than bi-injected, optimizes weight reduction and is much easier for boot-fitters to grind and punch.
Natural Stance – A neutral and upright stance compliments modern ski design and allows for more efficient power transfer. This means less quad fatigue and better, longer ski days thanks to 4° ramp angle, 12° forward lean (14° with spoiler) and a 0° medial / lateral stance.
4º ramp angle, 12º forward lean / 14º with spoiler, 0º medial / lateral stance
Canting – +/- 1°
Power V-Lock – In walk mode, articulates backwards for excellent hiking range-of-motion while eliminating lower shell void. In ski mode, engages forward and laterally for powerful downhill performance.
Macro Adjustment – 2 x 6 teeth x 3 positions
Power Strap – 50 mm
Max Grip Sole, Ultra Grip Arch – Increased traction and grip for hiking in exposed and rocky terrain
