A coil shock and heavier tires get you to the front of the line at the bike park and shuttle zones, fully embracing the bonkers spirit of the new Megatower - brakes real big, travel real big. With its monstrous 38 and a coil rear shock, you're on the starting line with a fullface helmet, tools and snacks squirreled away in the cavernous Glovebox™. Wearing goggles, at least. Enduro ready. And for the record: GX AXS is exactly the same as XX1, just with a metal derailleur cage instead of carbon. This right here is a precision sledgehammer of a bike. Brapp!

Carbon C Frame – A minimal weight gain of approximately 250 - 280 grams (0.6 lbs) for the C frame over the CC due to the different grade of carbon used. Whether you're riding a carbon CC or C frame, you get exactly the same legendary strength and stiffness because Santa Cruz uses exactly the same manufacturing facility and techniques.
