Daring to continue along routes that have road bikes cowering in fear, the Giant Revolt Advanced 3 Complete Bike is a gravel bike built for longer rides on rougher roads. Built to absorb vibrations and bigger bumps that would have a normal bike's rider looking for a massage after an hour, the Revolt has D-Fuse componentry that has been designed to eat vibrations before they make it to you, prolonging your rides while fighting fatigue.
Advanced Composite Technology – Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in their own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
OverDrive Fork Technology – Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
D-Fuse Technology – Proprietary D-shaped composite seatpost and handlebar work together to dampen vibrations and absorb road shock, resulting in a smooth, compliant ride quality.
Megadrive – A massive rectangular downtube forms the link between the oversized OverDrive system and the PowerCore bottom bracket. This precisely engineered, rectangular shape yields unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness while minimizing weight.
Smart Mount System – Compatible with third party accessories, this integrated mounting system makes it easy to customize with racks, fenders and more.
Shimano Tiagra – With excellent shifting performance, a pro look, and a wide gear range, Shimano's 2x10 speed Tiagra group delivers everything you want in a gravel drivetrain. From its long-cage rear derailleur to its lightweight lever feel, Tiagra is solid evidence that a classic road double drivetrain hasn't been left behind.
Powercore – A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
Powerful Hydraulic Disc Brakes – Shimano levers combine with Giant's dual-piston hydraulic calipers to bring control and confidence in any conditions.
S-X2 Disc – Tuned to absorb road chatter and the bigger impacts associated with gravel riding, the S-X2 wheelset is a great complement to the Revolt Advanced's composite frameset.
Tubeless System – Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant’s Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits.
Tuned Compliance – An innovative new Contact XR D-Fuse handlebar and D-Fuse seatpost work as a system to help absorb shock without sacrificing the stiffness needed for aggressive road performance. Added frame clearance for high-volume 45c tires help smooth out rough roads, gravel and dirt.
