Leavenworth has so much more to offer mountain bikers than a quaint Bavarian themed mountain town, with many of the Washington’s best mountain bike trails a short drive away. There are great singletrack mountain bike trails that are rideable from town as well as some downhill trails that offer great shuttle-accessed riding. Leavenworth is only a two and a half hour drive from Seattle (and evo Seattle), too, making it a great weekend mountain bike getaway. The mountain biking in leavenworth is some of the best in Washington state because of its mix of great flow and exposed alpine singletrack.

Ebikes are a great way to get out and cover a ton of trail, and are a ton of fun. However, before setting out on a ride, it's important to check the local rules and regulations regarding where to ride ebikes. Mountain bike trails are built on land under many different land managers. Each of these land managers likely has its own e-bike policy. It's important to know and follow these rules to help ensure continued trail access to mountain bikers and other trail users.
