The Contour Guide Mix 115 Climbing Skins come from the heart of the Tirol in Austria, where skiing is life. As with other things having to do with skiing, they get their climbing skins right. The "Mix" plush of 65% mohair and 35% nylon provides an ideal blend of grip and glide, and you can rely on the glue to stick when the chips are down.

Mohair – From the wool of Angora goats, mohair has a diameter of only .03 millimenters and is hollow inside, making it extremely light and supple even in the coldest temperatures. Produced in compliance with the Mohair Sustainable Guidelines (MSG).

Easy Trimming – An offset hybrid cutter is provided, and the backing foil is divided into 3 parts - remove just the center part of the backing to trim the skins, this makes the process much smoother and cleaner. Then remove the two outer strips and you're ready to go!
