The K2 Mindbender 90 Alliance Alpine Touring Ski Boots are a touring boot for skiers who want to optimize downhill performance. These boots are lightweight and come pre-equipped with tons of features that make them a breeze on the boot pack and skin track: things like an intuitive walk mode, GripWalk soles, and a specially notched touring-specific liner. But what really makes them stand out is that once you're at the top of your line, these things ride just like a normal freeride boot. With a flex rating of 90, they are a great mid range option, both responsive and approachable. Shell Materials
PowerLite Shell – The shell is purpose-built to result in the best skiing, lightest weight boots ever produced. Made with four different stiffnesses of TPU and optimized wall thickness profiling, the Powerlite Shell achieves a paradoxical balance of lightweight agility and power. The resulting boots weigh in as some of the lightest alpine and freeride on the market, yet they ski with all the power and drive of heavier boots.
Powerlock Spyne – A rear co-injected "Y" shaped support that adds strength and power in order to maximize fore/aft flex efficiency and lateral stiffness for responsiveness in every type of terrain.
