The 2025 Nordica Enforcer 104 continues to solidify its reputation as the go-to ski for those seeking a single set that thrives across a broad range of conditions. Our testers have praised its evolution, noting the ski's remarkable ability to maintain confidence and ease in handling regardless of the snow conditions. Greg Louie remarks on the "silky smooth ability to ride any conditions with confidence," a sentiment that encapsulates the essence of the Enforcer 104 as a "Quiver of One."
Further insights from Michael Ottinger highlight the ski's penchant for speed and stability, especially on groomers and open bowls, though he notes it might not be as agile in tight, variable conditions. Meanwhile, Jackson Tompkins points out its accessibility to intermediate skiers, appreciating its on-trail performance even with a softer build and additional rocker. On the other hand, Ryan van den Meerendonk, with his background in competitive freeride and freestyle skiing, observes a shift towards a quicker, lighter ski, albeit at the cost of some dampness.
From freeride enthusiasts to professional skiers, our diverse group of testers agree: the new Nordica Enforcer 104, tested rigorously at locations like Mission Ridge, WA, and Brighton, UT, offers a blend of old and new that caters to a wide spectrum of skiing styles and abilities.
"Thanks to an enhanced design—which embeds both a wood core and an elastomer Pulse core between two layers of titanal—these legendary skis are smoother, more playful, and versatile than ever."

All-Mountain Quiver of One
"The Nordica Enforcer 104 has been a standout "Quiver of One" for soft snow locales since it debuted, and the silky smooth ability to ride any conditions with confidence hasn't changed with the new 104. Small changes to the construction seem to add up to the same sort of all-mountain competence with a bit more authority and precision than the old 104 Free."
Fast and Stable All Mountain Ski
"This ski is stiff and stable. It likes to go straight and fast. If you are looking for a wider all mountain ski, this would be a great option for opening up on the groomers and getting some powder lines in the open bowls. I would say this ski excels in well maintained open-faced terrain and isn't as good in tighter turning or variable conditions."
Good ride for experienced intermediates to expert skiers
"I have been a big fan of nordica enforcer free for the past 3-4 years. I demoed the enforcer 104 and it felt a bit softer and more geared towards to the intermediate skier. Still was thoroughly impressed with the on trail performance given the extra rocker in the tail."
Great every day ski for someone who like a moderate to agressive ride and a traditional shape at 104.
"Former competitive freeride and freestyle skier. The new enforcer 104 is a change from the tried and true 104 Free. Quicker edge to edge than the previous build, it was able to edge from moderate to ludicrous speed. Loosing the twin rocker of the prior iteration, the tail give the ski a locked-in and predictable turn. These changes for a somewhat lighter and quicker feel do mean the ski is not as damp as before."
Versatility: The Nordica Enforcer 104 is highly praised for its versatility, able to perform confidently in a variety of conditions. As noted by Greg Louie, it retains its standout "Quiver of One" status for soft snow locales.
Stability at Speed: Michael Ottinger highlights the ski's stability and preference for speed, making it ideal for those who like to open up on groomers and carve big lines in open bowls.
Improved Agility: Ryan van den Meerendonk appreciated the changes in construction that offer a quicker transition from edge to edge, making the ski feel lighter and more responsive than its predecessors.
Not for Tight Conditions: While the ski excels in open areas, it is noted that it doesn't perform as well in tight or highly variable conditions, as pointed out by Michael Ottinger.
Reduced Dampness: The changes that made the ski lighter and quicker also reduced its dampness (compared to previous years), which might not be preferred by those who value a more grounded feel, as mentioned by Ryan van den Meerendonk.
The 2025 Nordica Enforcer 104 is ideally suited for skiers who are looking for a versatile all-mountain ski that excels in a variety of conditions, from groomers to soft snow. This ski is particularly favored by those who enjoy a mix of speed and stability, making it perfect for intermediate to expert skiers who are comfortable on larger, open terrains.
While the Enforcer 104 is excellent for those who appreciate a ski that can handle both groomed runs and powder, it may not be the best choice for skiers who primarily navigate tight, technical terrains or who prefer an extremely stiff ski. The ski’s design, favoring ease of movement and a bit of softness, makes it less suitable for highly variable conditions where more aggressive turning and rigidity might be required. Therefore, those looking for a ski that excels in agility through tightly spaced trees or rugged conditions might consider other options.
