Our testers at evo took the 2025 Atomic Bent 90 out for a spin, and our testers agreed that it's a versatile ski with a few caveats. Dash Dryden found the Bent 90 to be a super stable and solid all-mountain/park ski. The camber underfoot provided excellent pop off jumps and side hits, and the ski's stiffness allowed for stability at higher speeds, making it a great option for park rats and intermediate skiers venturing into park terrain.
Sophia Browning, on the other hand, had mixed feelings. As a very aggressive big mountain skier, she noted that the Bent 90 chattered at higher speeds and struggled to hold an edge, but she acknowledged that less aggressive and more playful skiers would enjoy the fun side hits. For playful skiers who don't prioritize speed, Sophia found the skis to be flexy and enjoyable. She recommended them as a great choice for beginners or intermediate skiers who prefer a slower pace.
Overall, the 2025 Atomic Bent 90 is ideal for skiers who enjoy playful, creative runs and side hits, but might not be the best choice for those who demand high-speed stability and edge hold.
"From freeride to freestyle, the Bent Family delivers the broadest bandwidth
of performance characteristics for any terrain. Designed by Chris Benchetler,
developed and loved by the Atomic Freeski Team, every Bent is super playful
in big mountain powder and fearlessly progressive in the park."

Stable and Poppy
"The Bent 90 is a super stable and solid all mtn/park ski. With a decent amount of camber underfoot the ski pops off jumps and side hits with ease. It's on the stiffer side so it felt stable at speeds which helped charge through crud. This ski would be a solid option for a park rat that sends big jumps or even an intermediate skier that wants to get into riding park."
Good ski for creative beginner-intermediate skiers
"I am a very aggressive big mountain skier who likes to go fast. These skis were not for me. They chattered very easily and could not hold an edge, however side hits were fun on these. A less-aggressive, more-playful skier would probably have a lot of fun on these if speed is not something you care about."
Versatile for Park and All-Mountain: Suitable for both park rats and intermediate skiers looking to venture into park terrain, offering versatility in various conditions.
Chatter at High Speeds: The skis tend to chatter at higher speeds, making them less ideal for aggressive skiers who prioritize speed.
Poor Edge Hold: The Bent 90 struggles to hold an edge, which can be a drawback for those looking for precision in their turns.
The 2025 Atomic Bent 90 is best suited for playful, creative skiers who enjoy side hits and varied terrain at moderate speeds. Ideal for beginner to intermediate skiers, this ski shines in park settings and offers a fun, flexible ride for those who don't prioritize high-speed stability or edge hold. However, it may not be the best choice for aggressive, high-speed skiers looking for a ski that can hold an edge and handle choppy conditions with ease.
