Day constitues any rental time greater than 4 hours from store open to close. A half day is less than 4 hours.
Overnight Charge applicable for Mountain Bike rentals picked up within an hour of closing or returned within an hour of opening to avoid additional full day charge
E-bikers must be experienced riders at least 5 feet tall and 16 years of age
Electric Hybrid Bikes are for bike path and road riding only. E-bikers must be experienced riders at least 5 feet tall and 15 years of age

Do you rent helmets?

Yes, all bike rentals include a helmet.

Do you offer multi-day rentals?

We offer multi-day rentals for all of our bikes.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes. $15 insurance is offered for hardtail, road, & hybrid bikes. $25 insurance is offered for ebikes, & full suspension bikes. Insurance covers the cost of the labor & provides reduced pricing on parts. Loss of bike will result in full retail price

Is there an age limit to rent an E-Bike?

Yes. Renters must be 16 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 will need a parent or guardian signature before renting.

When can I pick up and drop off my rental?

Rental pickup and drop-off depend on your location and how long you rent with us. At most locations, 24-hour and multi-day rentals can be picked up anytime starting at open and must be returned within the following 24 hours or however many days you choose to rent.

Snoqualmie Pass & Tahoe City are same-day only - equipment must be picked up and returned within the same business day.

Can I apply credits from my rental to purchase a new bike?

Up to $450 rentals credits may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.

Do you have transportation requirements on bike rentals?

We require electric bikes, and carbon frame bikes to be transported by a bike rack or tailgate pads. These bike types will not be checked out to customers who do not have a bike rack or tailgate pad to haul them.

How long can I keep a daily rental for?

All daily rental durations are for 24 hours.
