Attitude and Terrain – Flow bindings are designed with an idea or direction as to where they will perform best. Every binding has a different feel and terrain type associated to it, allowing you to make a decision based on your preferred terrain and riding style.
Baseplate
Molded Plastic Rockered Baseplate – Engineered to transmit energy directly to the board without loss of efficiency. The minimized contact area with the board channels your power where it needs to go while the rockered corners of the baseplate allow any type of board to maintain optimal flex
Full EVA toe and heel inserts
Highback
Molded Composite Uni-Back – Lightweight 1-piece highbacks that fully recline for easy SpeedEntry & Exit. Comfortable EVA pads reduce the pressure on your legs.
Straps
ExoFit Power Strap – The EXO-Fit PowerStrap features an exoskeleton support-frame that wraps the 3-D shaped EVA and form fits perfectly to your boot while providing great ankle support and energy transmission.
MiniRatchets – Precisely fit your PowerStrap to you boot and micro-adjust on the fly if needed. Simply pull the lightweight Airframe-lever and lock it down to secure your preferred strap tightness.

Beginner-Intermediate Whether you’re new to the sport or working on linking smooth turns, you fall into this ability level. Typical beginner skis and snowboards are usually built with softer materials, narrower widths, and feature cap construction for an easy to turn, forgiving ride. Beginner-intermediate boots and bindings are also built for ease of use and progression, featuring softer flexes and in the case of ski bindings, quick and safe release from the ski in case of a fall.

Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
