Designed with a splitboard in mind, the K2 Kwicker BC Splitboard Bindings do indeed have a tour mode.
Baseplate
3° Canted Baseplate – The baseplate is angled inward 3 degrees to match your natural leg position during riding. This adds support to the outside of the foot and provides additional control and pop. The angle also helps to reduce fatigue, allowing you to ride longer and stronger.
Straps

Highback
