Ride like a god in the Flow Helios Focus Snowboard Boots. You'll be pushing the limit with this boot engineered for performance, support, and comfort. The closure system, starting with the 5-Feather Thermo Spot Moldable liner that uses the Ripper-Lacing to hold down your heel to the Boa® Focus, allows you to drive your board with absolute control. The stiffer nature of the boot supports cliff drops and rips chunder, but will still let you boost kickers and even partake in street sessions.

Comfort and Fit – Flow's proprietary and anatomically shaped inner and outer lasts.
Asymmetrical Design – New for 17/18 is the asymmetrical Boa® lacing and boot design for targeted medial support and even forefoot closure.
Articulating Cuff – The upper cuff of the boot is asymmetrically connected to the lower boot allowing the ankle to flex naturally while providing support without shell distortion.
Backstays – Tough Surlyn material, anatomically shaped and 3-D molded heel reinforcement to provide an even boot flex and long lasting support.
3-D Molded/Lasted Toe Box – Eliminates extra layers and seams around the tip of the boot and creates a durable streamlined design with less bulk and a better fit.
Liner
5-Feather Thermo Spot Moldable – A blend of standard and thermo spot-moldable foam combined with EVA reinforced panels and internal and external J-bars give you optimal support. Velcro positioning tabs and top strap will keep you locked in place. A vented tongue keeps things a little cooler when you need it.
Ripper-Lacing w/ Velcro Strap – Flow incorporated the ease and efficiency of their Ripper Z-Lace configuration directly onto the liner for premium comfort and heel hold.
Lacing System
BOA® – Gram for gram, the Boa® lace is stronger than tank armor. The Boa® Closure System provides quick and easy custom comfort with a smooth, even closure and no pressure points. Boa® components are guaranteed for life.
Footbed
Self-Molding PU Dual Density – Advanced anatomical shape with a deep heel cup and arch support. Memory foam topsheet custom molds to your foot without having to heat it. Includes a traction silicone screen print.
Sole
Barefoot Technology (B.F.T) – B.F.T. outsoles support, dampen, and conform without getting in the way of your natural ability. The outsoles utilize materials to maximize the natural feel between your feet and the terrain. Utilizing a wet/dry rubber compound that grips in all conditions and a special blend of EVA that cushions impacts.
B.F.T. Vibram® Contact – A 4-part B.F.T. Contact utilizes a Vibram® wet/dry rubber compound, an EVA Midsole and OC-Kush in the forefoot and heel.
Additional Features
Spaceblanket Insulation – a thermal insulating barrier between the outsole and the liner, which keeps the heat inside and the cold outside.

Flex Rating
Medium The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
