Want a park-capable ride that can take you all over the mountain? The ON3P Jeronimo Skis are the answer. Featuring an elliptical sidecut and rocker profile, a medium-stiff flex, and progressive freeride mount, the Jeronimo is stable and aggressive when carving into features at speed yet easy to butter and forgiving when you underspin that new trick.
Elliptical Rocker Profile – The rocker profile and tip shape are combined into one progressively changing elliptical arc, which allows the tips to plane faster in powder, deflect less in variable snow, and helps the effective edge running within the rocker length to engage in a more natural, effortless way.
Elliptical Sidecut – The sidecut consists of an elliptical arc that begins at boot center and gets progressively smaller as it extends toward the tip and tail of the ski, resulting in a ski that carves harder the more it is put on edge, yet remains stable when it is skied flat.
Bamboo Core – The heart of every pair of ON3P skis is the vertically laminated, 100% bamboo core. Bamboo provides a responsive, yet damp characteristic to ON3P skis that we have grown to love. The ON3P core shape gives the ski strength where it needs it, better for resisting warping and breakage. Bamboo is also a quick growing, environmentally-friendly grass.
Tri-Axial Fiberglass – 19 oz or 22 oz Tri-axial Fiberglass provides torsional stiffness, ensuring edge hold and power transfer.
Extra Wide Binding Mat – An additional layer of fiberglass mat provides increased screw retention and prevents pullouts. To ensure proper coverage for all types of hole patterns, ON3P extends this mat to nearly full width on every ski they make.
Unidirectional Carbon Stringer – Each ski incorporates unidirectional carbon around the core, adding pop, stiffness, and dampness without any significant increase in weight.
UHMW Sidewalls and Tip Spacers – Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is an incredibly strong material, has a higher abrasion resistance than steel, and resists cracking (unlike ABS).
1.8 mm 4001 Durasurf Sintered Base – ON3P Durasurf 4001 base material provides their skies with better glide and protection from damage compared to other sintered and extruded base material, and is 38% thicker than the industry standard.
2.5 mm x 2.5 mm Extra Thick Edges – ON3P uses a 3/4 wrap for their 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm Rockwell 48 steel edges. The 3/4 wrap allows the tips and tails of the skis to flex, decreasing the risk of delamination.
VDS (Vibration Dampening Strips) – VDS rubber is applied to the edges & sidewalls, acting as a shear layer that provides improved bonding strength and vibration dampening.
Bindings not included
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
