As with the other "C" Series Mindbender skis, the K2 Mindbender 96 C Skis offer the Mindbender performance mindset in a lighter, more versatile package made possible by Spectral Braiding technology and the use of Uni-Directional Flax as a damping agent rather than Titanal. The 96 C is a ripping ski that excels in trees and bumps, but without the sheer power of its burlier cousin, the 99 Ti.

Bio Resin – Increases bonding with the core, adds cold temperature strength, and is more sustainable than traditional resins.
Spectral Braid – K2’s Patented Spectral Braid is a first of its kind variable angle reinforcement that allows for precision-tuned torsion and flex by altering the fiber orientation along the length of the ski. This makes the ski feel lively, energetic, and remarkably composed.

The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
