Made for the rider who seeks the deepest powder. The K2 Gyrator Rocker Snowboard features a Powder Rocker baseline for added float in the white room. Hyper Progressive sidecut mellows transitions, and with Integrated Harshmellow dampening gives you the plushest of rides.
Construction and Core
Hybrilight Construction reduces waste in production and maximizes board performance at the same time. The Gyrator features a WH4 Honeykomb Core that maximizes durability with the least possible weight. Matrix II Torsion Forks give you crazy pop, even in the deep stuff.
Base
4000 Sintered Base is crazy-fast, super durable, and wax-retentive so that you can spend more time shredding and less repairing.
Sidewalls and Edges
Tapered edges use less material while increasing response. 1 degree bevel gives you the perfect feel for cutting freshies.

Powder Powder snowboards love powder. Often associated with freeride snowboards, powder boards sometimes feature a wider nose and a tapered narrower tail. The binding inserts, which determine the rider's stance, are often set back on a powder snowboard to help the rider float the tip of the board through the deep stuff. Powder snowboards sometimes also feature rocker, a design element where the tip (and tail) rise starts farther back on the board, which also helps the rider maintain tip float through the pow. Splitboarding A splitboard snowboard is built specifically for the backcountry rider. Splitboards are designed to break down into two separate halves for touring and uphill travel (with climbing skins). Special bindings are required as well. Once you've reached the top of the terrain feature, you reconnect your splitboard for the ride back downhill. However, it's important to note that you will need appropriate backcountry tools, knowledge of the backcountry, weather and snow conditions and climbing skins to safely take advantage of the freedom of a splitboard.

Rocker A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
