ConformGrip 2.0 Toe Strap – The ConformGrip 2.0 continues their legacy of designing industry-leading toe straps. With this latest iteration of their approach of creating straps that conform to any boot's toe shape, Rome maximizes their use of high-friction over-molded material to stretch and lock into place over the toe of your boot. The results is more foot control with less pressure, for maximum comfort.
Additional Features
Rubber SubBase Pad – 3D EVA and rubber fill the lifted corners of the baseplate for cushioning. This creates the smoothest side-to-side flex while allowing for a dampening barrier between the baseplate and topsheet of the snowboard.
Multiple Strap Positions – Every Rome binding comes with 3 or more strap positions so you can customize the level of strap support you want.
UnderWrap Heel Hoop – This is the foundational technology of the Rome binding line. Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
