Molded Flight-Series Rockered Baseplate – Engineered to transmit energy directly to the board without loss of efficiency. The minimized contact area with the board channels your power where it needs to go while the rocker corners of the baseplate allow any type of board to maintain optimal flex.
Highback
Uniback – Lightweight 1-piece hibacks that fully recline for easy SpeedEntry & Exit and comfortable EVA take the pressure off of your legs.
Straps
Exo-Fit Power Strap – The Exo-Fit Power Strap features an exoskeleton support-frame that wraps the 3-D shaped EVA and form fits perfectly to your boot while providing great ankle support and energy transmission.

Typical beginner skis and snowboards are usually built with softer materials, narrower widths, and feature cap construction for an easy to turn, forgiving ride. Soft The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
