Product Info

Light enough for advanced peak-bagging but stout enough to hold its own in a steep and icy couloir, the WNDR Alpine Nocturne 88 Camber Skis are aimed at remote lines in hard-to-access locations. This is the only ski in the WNDR line that's only available in the cambered model - logical since if you only need 88mm underfoot, you probably will opt for edgehold and precision over pivoty surfiness. We agree, and think the Nocturne 88 should be a perfect ski mountaineering tool when paired with a light tech boot and binding.

Product Details

Rocker Type

Rocker-Camber-RockerMore rocker in the tip than the tail with camber underfoot, for a more traditional and precise feel and better hard snow performance.

Flex

Medium Stiff Progressive FlexStiffest in the middle of the ski, quite stiff in the tail for power and finishing the turn, and gradually softer in the tip for handling a variety of snow conditions.

90˚ Biaxial Fiberglass

SpiralMade™ Boot PlateMade of ground up waste materials from the WNDR production process, keeping waste out landfills and strengthening the mounting area of the ski.

Sidewalls

WNDR uses a channel in the outside of the core to further strengthen the bond between core and sidewall, and pours the sidewall into place rather than gluing and milling off excess material. Polyurethane bio-based carbon content 68% by ASTM D6866-18 Method B.
