Rossignol S4 Jib Skis 2011: Rockered out and twin tipped, the Rossignol S4 Jib Skis are built for the park and pipe. Huck yourself around with ease thanks to a light and snappy wood core and fiberglass underfoot reducing the weight even more. Its 84mm waist along with its reverse camber shape allows you to float on pow and charge through crud. Park riders rejoice.

Construction
WRS (Weight Reduction System) is a patented fiberglass sock design. The fibers are concentrated under foot with less density in the tip and tail to maximize the ski’ durability and minimize overall weight
Rubber layer between the sidewall and edge for shock absorption.
Flex
Wood core provides ultimate response, feel, power and durability. Core is made from ash and fume treated poplar and is hand milled to the shape of the skis’ profile. Wood used in Rossignol skis is harvested by the factory from sustainable wood, grown in renewable tree farms.

Traditionally park and pipe skis have narrower waists with full camber profiles, but this category is incorporating more rocker patterns and different shapes. You will almost always find these skis with twin tips as well as other park specific features like thicker, more durable edges, dense extruded bases, and butter zones. All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.
