The K2 Mindbender 88Ti Alliance Skis tick all the boxes for strong female freeriders looking for versatility and stability. This is a ski that wants to charge and doesn't punish the rider on firm snow, but turns on demand and is equally at home in bumps or trees. This is the narrowest (read: most groomer oriented) of the Titanal Y-Beamed women's Mindbender series, so a more natural choice in areas with great grooming and less natural snowfall, but it will really do it all if asked. All-Terrain Rocker – Skis with All-Terrain rocker have a gradual rise to the tip for great versatility in all conditions, with a short, low rise in the tail for added control variable snow.
Flex
Correct Flex – Eliminates the overly stiff, mid-section typically found on shorter length skis, leaving a smooth and consistent flex profile optimized on every size from longest to shortest.
Core
Aspen Veneer Core – Lightweight and resilient, the perfect all around core material.
Laminates
Ti Y-Beam – K2’s Ti Y-Beam delivers precision in the forebody of the ski, power under foot and stability in the tail, all while maintaining the maneuverability and drift control needed for freeride ripping. Precision cut Titanal in a ‘Y’ shape alters the torsional stiffness of the ski while maintaining a balanced, even flex pattern that delivers power in a controlled manner throughout the length of the ski.
Sidewalls
PowerWall – Power transfer is dramatically enhanced with the oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated and pocketed within the wood core in the midbody of the ski. With the sidewall extending into the heart of the ski, the transmission of energy from skier to ski edge is direct and precise.
Binding Compatibility
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
