Rossignol Scratch 120 Ski Bindings 2008 – In 2008, Rossignol brought their very best to the table when they made the Scratch 120 Ski Bindings. With a cluster of features that should have your boots eager to step in, the Scratch 120 Ski Bindings will not disappoint. Rossignol brought together performance geometry, forward pressure, elastic travel, torsional stiffness, and a reinforced toe piece to the Scratch 120 Ski Bindings. Performance Geometry means that the lateral arms of the heel piece are angled down, applying greater pressure to the edge of the ski, which translates into more power from skier to ski with less energy loss. The Rossignol Scratch 120 Ski Bindings also have a 30% increase in forward pressure, dramatically enhancing the interface between boot and binding. This also increases the rebound and responsiveness in your ski. Rossignol increased the elastic travel: the heel in the Scratch 120 Ski Bindings has 25mm of elastic travel; the longest travel of any binding currently on the market. A 40% increase in torsional stiffness translates into less loose play between boot and binding, and adds another dramatic improvement in the transfer of power to snow. Add to that a reinforced toe piece, which means the Scratch 120 Ski Binding is equipped with a Dual Action III toe piece with reinforced housing in the high stress areas, allowing for multi-dimensional release and overall structural integrity. Comes with 80mm brakes.
