Trails, trails, and also: more trails. The Yeti Cycles SB140 T3 X0 Transmission Complete Mountain Bike is the one you want if you're interested in riding all the trails. Whether it's a ribbon of soft dirt meandering through grassy hills or a connect-the-dots rock route in Moab, the SB140 is up for it. Plush enough for regular rowdiness but agile enough to keep you working in concert with your dirt, this is, as Yeti puts it, their Mountain Bike. Yeti's added a threaded BB, Fox Factory suspension, and SRAM's amazing new Transmission-type X0 wireless drivetrain. Forget the late night stats comparison sessions--this bike leaves an avid rider wanting nothing. Mountain biking just keeps getting better!
Switch Infinity Suspension – The new line of Yeti Switch Infinity bikes builds on their award-winning performance with subtle refined leverage rates that have been adjusted for the added travel of each new bike. This balanced approach to leverage rate results in an incredibly predictable ride.
Better Shock Tuning – Yeti has been tuning shocks in-house to ensure their kinematics pair seamlessly with their shocks. Using data acquisition and their shock dyno they are able to correlate hours of ride testing, splitting hairs over tenths of millimeters, to deliver the most out of their suspensions. The final tune is the result of countless hours of ride and lab testing with multiple, ground-up shock tunes going into the decision.
Patented Compact Wishbone and Ultra Compact Suspension Link – The goal is simple: optimizing leverage rates while pushing the shock forward in the frame. This forward positioning allows for a large range of shock compatibility, decreases standover height, reduces shock tab sizes, increases water bottle compatibility, and increases downtube clearance.
Frame Protection – An external hard cap provides impact resistance over a rubber under-guard that provides cushion against the frame.
Full Drop – Yeti's seat tubes are shorter to allow for longer dropper posts.
Internal Cable Routing with Secure Frame Ports – This may seem like a small thing, but having a clean aesthetic on the frame along with internally molded carbon tubes inside for hassle-free cable routing is key. It makes for a quiet ride and ease of maintenance. For Yeti, building a great frame is all about the details.
New Pivot Designs – Yeti's new pivot designs use 100% standard sized cartridge bearings secured with precision -- machined floating collet axles. All bearings are pressed into the linkage assembly vs. the swingarm or front triangle. The end result is perfect alignment and smooth suspension motion every time, boosting longevity.
Refined New School Geometry – From size-specific seat tube angles and chain stay lengths, to new reach numbers that keep both wheels weighted, Yeti's concentrated on making a more balanced ride. Yeti engineers and designers mined the depths of every millimeter to create a nuanced set of refinements that deliver another leap forward in how well a mountain bike can ride.
TURQ Series Carbon Frame – TURQ Series bikes are made with the highest quality carbon fiber available and offer a perfect balance of stiffness and compliance. The result is a bike that feels smooth, solid, and aggressive. Every bike is tested by the best racers in the world, including EWS World Champ Richie Rude, Yeti's in-house testing team, and ambassadors around the world.
Fox Float DPS Factory Rear Shock – A lightweight chassis, EVOL air spring, and dual piston damper with 3-position switch create a pedal-friendly shock that soaks up the bumps and delivers pedal power to the ground with utmost efficiency. This Factory series shock features open-mode adjust and genuine Kashima coating.
Shock Adjustments – Air Spring Pressure / Lever-Actuated Open, Medium, Closed Compression (With Open Mode Adjust) / Rebound
Fox 36 Factory – The all-mountain champ and a favorite of hard-charging trail riders everywhere. For MY23 the Fox 36 receives an update in the form of a new crown with updated design and engineering for more steer tube overlap improving durability and maintaining stiffness while dropping 20 grams. This Factory model makes full use of all these improvements, with the most tunable damper on the market, Kashima coated stanchions, and its long racing pedigree.
Fork Adjustments – Air Spring Pressure / High-Speed Compression (8 Clicks) / Low-Speed Compression (16 Clicks) / High-Speed Rebound (8 Clicks) / Low-Speed Rebound (16 Clicks)
SRAM X0 Eagle AXS Transmission – The next generation SRAM Eagle Transmission is a radically robust, fully integrated and interdependent wireless drivetrain. Built around the universal constant of the wheel axle itself, the Full Mount hangerless attachment creates a far stronger connection to the frame with a super tough derailleur. Shifting under load is made possible due to a combination of X-SYNC technology and cassette mapping, creating seamless shifts even during your hardest power output. The new AXS Pods are extremely ergonomic and highly customizable, so shifting gears is light and intuitive.
SRAM G2 RSC – The core of brake performance is consistency. Reliability. Trust. The new G2 RSC is based on the SRAM Code design, so it puts Code-like power and modulation into a mini-Code package. And of course the signature Guide lever-feel and contact-point adjustability ensures that this brake works great for every rider. The G2 RSC presents rider-controlled offering with an alloy blade, lever pivot bushings, stainless steel hardware.
SRAM Centerline Rotors – 200mm Front / 180mm Rear

Light and robust welded rims, perfect tubeless compatibility for grip and puncture resistance as well as our reliable hubs with Ratchet freehub and a 36 tooth engagement. Equipped with the XM 1700 SPLINE nothing can stop you from your personal all mountain adventure.
Maxxis Minion DHF Front Tire – With a tread design that deftly balances rolling speed with braking and cornering traction, it’s no wonder why the Minion DHF is one of the most imitated tires in mountain biking.
Maxxis Aggressor Rear Tire – The Maxxis Aggressor is designed for high-speed, hard-packed, rocky trails. It works especially well as a rear tire paired with a Minion DHF or Assegai in the front.
