The Norco Fluid FS 3 Complete Mountain Bike is the set and forget trail bike that punches way above its price tag. Way way way above. A quick ripper that has enough travel to absorb some large hits, this is an aluminum workhorse that just doesn't quit: a couple years down the road you'll marvel at the thought of ever spending five digits on a pedal bike! Whether you're heading out on a quick lunchtime rip, a backcountry epic, or something in between, 130/140mm is the sweet spot that can handle most everything you'll encounter. The Fluid is definitely leading the way when it comes to reasonably priced (and capable) trail bikes.
Lightweight Aluminum Frame – The premium X6 double-butted aluminum 6061 alloy frame features size-scaled tubing to maintain the same ride quality across all frame sizes. Thoughtful design details such as internal cable routing and smooth welding allow for clean lines and a quiet, rattle-free ride.
Progressive Design – The Fluid FS uses Norco's holistic approach to fit, geometry and suspension kinematics to achieve its playfully confident singletrack performance. The unique combination of longer reach, slacker head tube angle and steep seat tube angle provides a more forward weight distribution within a longer wheelbase. This allows for more powerful pedaling, increased climbing traction and added grip and control when descending so you can confidently evolve your skills.
X-Fusion 02 Pro R Rear Shock
Shock Adjustments – Air Spring Pressure / Rebound
RockShox 35 Silver TK – 35 Silver delivers a premium look backed by even greater value and stiffness. Tailored with an eye toward eMTB's, 35 Silver forks can come equipped with short or full fender mounts and offer optional spring choices to find the perfect ride.
Fork Adjustments – Low Speed Compression Adjust to Lockout / External Rebound Adjust
SRAM SX Eagle – Your entry point to SRAM's 1x12 speed Eagle Ecosystem, SX shares many features with the rest. Like the proven SRAM X-Horizon body design of its derailleur, it can accommodate both 11-50 and 10-50T cassettes. All of these components are cross compatible with much of the Eagle product line, making it easy to personalize and upgrade your ride when you are ready.
TRP 4 Piston – With Organic Pads
TRP Rotors | 203mm
Stan's Flow D – The Flow D is a value-driven all-mountain rim designed to handle anything you can throw at it. The 29mm internal width is optimized for 2.35”-2.80” tires.
Vittoria Martello Rear Tire – The Vittoria All-Mountain Enduro Tire covers aggressive treads and strengthened constructions to prepare the rider for the huge demands of jumps, drops and various tire-threatening obstacles typical of Enduro and Downhill trails. This is where the Martello tire is rooted.
Vittoria Mazza Front Tire – Starting with a defined center tread, the Mazza tyre for Enduro mountain bike uses deep siping in the direction of rotation, allowing the tire to roll fast while still opposing drift, especially in off-camber terrain. The stepped leading edge rolls like a ramp, but digs in on climbs, making Mazza a top choice for both front and rear use. Substantial room was designed into the center tread to provide braking traction, while also accelerating cleaning.
