GX Eagle Transmission – Whether on the starting line or not, the GX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) derailleur brings competition-tested prowess to riders who let their riding prove everything. Engineered as integrated and interdependent transmission components, the GX Eagle Transmission derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself, contacting the cassette directly with a first-of-its-kind Hangerless Interface. This foundationally changes the entire relationship between cassette and derailleur. Beyond that, its Full Mount attachment method creates a far stronger connection that grips both sides of the frame. The new transmission derailleurs feature the same intuitive pairing and set-up procedure as existing Eagle AXS derailleurs. While out on the dirt, it’s no exaggeration to say the GX Eagle Transmission derailleur marks a seismic shift in robustness, allowing for common maintenance that serious riders demand. Featuring an overload clutch that boosts resiliency and a tucked-in profile that houses protection covers on the B-knuckle and outer link that are fully replaceable, or upgradeable to the XX skid plate. Cage Lock – With Cage Lock technology in the rear derailleur, wheel removal and installation—as well as chain installation—becomes faster and simpler. Just push the cage forward to create slack and lock it into place.

We took it a step beyond conventional thinking and made everything simpler—better integrating the relationship between chainring, crank, spindle and bottom bracket. GX Eagle Transmission – The GX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) Cassette is a major reason why Eagle Transmission offers the best-ever inboard and outboard shifting performance under load. Engineered as integrated and interdependent transmission components, the GX Eagle Transmission Cassette and derailleur contact directly, ensuring perfect alignment on every bike. Beyond its unique and stunning Dark Polar finish and electroless nickel plating for incredible resistance to corrosion and wear, its full X-Sync design literally means the harder you pedal, the better it shifts. Its strength is further proven by its full approval for E-MTB use. It’s been built for a 55mm chainline for even more durability and precision thanks to milder chain angles throughout the full range, low to high. From its massive 520% gear range, the 52 tooth cog steps down with improved gear progression with 44 and 38 tooth cogs in the low end (compared to the Eagle drivetrain 10-52-tooth cassette). What else? It has a clearly marked Setup Cog, making install both simple and fool-proof.
