If you're asking yourself why Revel made a gravel bike, the answer is in the question itself. Revel Bikes are from the same family as Why Cycles, who have been cranking out the gnarly titanium R+ gravel bike for a while. The Revel Rover GRX Complete Bike is the answer to the weight weenies who shy away even from titanium, with it's lightweight carbon frame and modern geometry that are ready for serious gravel shredding. The 1x11 GRX drivetrain is the most adventure-ready setup around and there's plenty of room to play with various tire sizes and widths. Racing? This baby is fast. Bikepacking? Just look at those bolts and the giant triangle! Whether jorts or spandex are more your style, the Revel Rover is the bike for you.
Carbon Fiber Frame and Gravel Fork – Revel uses a mix of Japanese Toray T700 and T800 fibers in their frames, but the real magic is in the angles. Most bike frames use a selection of 0-, 45-, and 90-degree fibers, since these are the most readily available and easiest to work with. Revel frames are optimized using more 30/60-degree fibers, which, when laid up properly, create stronger and stiffer tubing and shapes, using less material.
Internal Cable Routing – Guided through tubes within the frame, cables are out of the way and look extra clean. This frame is also dropper post-ready.
Four Water Bottle Cage Mounts – With three inside the front triangle and one on the underside of the downtube, you'll never want for storage.
Can Accommodate Smaller and Wider Tires – The fork has room for 700x50mm tires, or size down to 27.5×2.1.

Shimano GRX – With its gravel specific ergonomics, optimized gearing options, rugged reliability, and quiet and stable drivetrain, GRX sets itself apart from the rest of the component world. It isn’t a reworked set of road components. It represents a ground up look at how cyclists want to explore their world. GRX helps you eliminate excuses, instead urging you to try that rough sidetrack or ride that little bit longer. It offers you the option to Explore Beyond.
Shimano GRX Brakeset – Confidence bumping down uneven roads, jumping potholes, and carving corners. Shimano developed new ergonomics for the Shimano STI levers used in the GRX line. Enhanced lever shapes offer better braking feel and increased leverage. Textured brake lever coatings mean that whatever the weather, you’ll stop with confidence. New hood designs ensure a secure hand position whenever the unexpected arrives.
Industry Nine 700c 1/1 GRCX Centerlock – Adopting the proven technology of I9's 1/1 mountain line, the 1/1 GRCX brings off-road readiness to drop bar bikes. Offered with a 24.5mm inner rim design, the 700c GRCX rim shines on rides that see both road and gravel. Perfect for backcountry or touring adventures, 1/1 Road brings Industry Nine performance to new riders and new routes.
Maxxis Rambler Tires – Maxxis' first gravel-specific tire, the Rambler is designed with the volume you need for comfort and the tread you need for speed and control. Tightly packed center knobs are ramped for rolling efficiency on hardpack roads, and spaced-out side knobs provide predictable cornering in varied terrain.
