Purchase your $500 per person waitlist deposit towards a group evoTrip. This waitlist deposit will go towards the cost of the trip, should you book one. In addition to a confirmation email that your waitlist deposit has been paid, we’ll email you twice: once, to notify you three days before the early access launch so you know which dates to expect, and second, the day of early access launch, giving you the green light to start perusing the trips and making your selection.

No sweat! Your $500 deposit is entirely refundable as long as you haven’t already booked your trip. If you placed deposit and do not end up seeing an option that works for you, just email evotrip@evo.com and submit a request in writing. We will process your $500 refund for you. You are also welcome to transfer it toward the cost of another trip, if you prefer.

Your $500 deposit is refundable until you confirm your trip with the additional $500 per person deposit. Once the complete $1,000 per person deposit is taken to confirm your spot on a trip, it becomes non-refundable.

Most of our evoTrip Japan group departures have sold out the past 3 seasons since Japan reopened. Purchasing a waitlist deposit will allow you to be notified of available trip dates for the 2026 winter season in Japan, at the lowest prices of the year, before evoTrip opens spots to the general public. This will give you the best chance at booking the trip of your preference.

Once trip dates are released and early-access booking is available, you can finalize your booking by placing an additional $500 per person deposit on the trip of your choice ($1000 total deposit). This will confirm your spot. Remaining trip balances will be due 60 days prior to your chosen departure. You can also book by purchasing the trip at full cost, and receive have your deposit payment refunded.

This waitlist deposit can be used for group evoTrip Japan trip packages. Group trips run January through February, and are available in Hakuba, Myoko, Furano and Niseko. That's correct. For 2026, we will continue to offer our classic group trips to Hakuba, Niseko. Furano, and Myoko. However, if you have your own group of 6 or more, we are pleased to offer "you and your crew" discounts, as well as the option to buy out a trip departure for yourselves.
