The perfect ski for the skier who skis piste and side-piste most of the time but doesn't want to flounder when old man winter drops 18 inches overnight, the Atomic Automatic 102 Skis share design parameters with the wider Automatic 117 and 109, but sheds weight by dropping the SPB's (Sprocket Power Boosters) and gaining edge to edge quickness with the narrower waist. We know it's an over-hyped term, but the Automatic 102 is as close to an "all mountain" ski as you can get these days - try it and see why.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
