Ronix knows all things wake and produces industry leading boards for the most demanding riders. The Ronix One ATR Wakeboard features an exaggerated late rocker line for insane pop and industry benchmark setting durability features, making for a board that can fulfill the needs of the hardest charging, most demanding riders.
Parallel Carbon – A carbon fiber weave provides a more rigid layup than a traditional fiberglass constructed board. These properties are also less likely to break down, which helps the board maintain the intended rocker line. Carbon's ready to bring on the ups and downs of wakes obstacles. Available exclusively on the ATR and Timebomb.
Late Rocker – An exaggerated rocker line with a later arc and a higher degree provide a more straight up explosive pop. This style of rocker creates more of an instant explosive buck off the wake for riders that go behind a big boat wake. Wakeboarders riding behind smaller wakes will still feel like they are getting a solid kick as well.
Mod Pour Core – The highest strength to weight ratio Ronix has ever tested, setting the standard of the most refined recipe of foam out there
Krypto Cable – Different fibers are brewed up and then woven together to make a stronger compound. The Krypto Cable surrounds the profile of the board and is fused together with the core. Combined with Ronix's monocoque laminated glass, this cable makes the sidewalls the strongest part of the board - not the weakest.
Monocoque Construction – A wrapped glass from the top to the bottom means the flash line is no longer the weak point of the board and is now the strongest.
Sintered Base – The most durable non-stick base material Ronix has ever tested on rails without loosing any glide speed on the water
Utility Fins – These go-anywhere, do-anything fins are just as happy carving on glassy mornings as they are getting bashed on rails during afternoon cable park sessions.
M6 Metric Inserts – The Euros have it figured out. A higher thread count means more hold at a shallower depth, so now we can go to thinner profiled boards with a shorter insert without sacrificing boot lock down. The result is boards with more feel and contact on the water.
Magic Carpet – Every year, Ronix sources new fiberglass materials trying to find that perfect weave that allows just enough resin to bleed thru and adhere to their magic carpet. Available on every series.
Glide Speed – Forever in wakeboarding, the thought was more rocker meant more pop. Wakes were getting bigger and board companies compensated by adding a lot more arc to the ends. Over the past couple of seasons, Parks Bonifay and Danny Harf have been experimenting with new styles of rocker with more water surface contact and less coefficient drag. This forever changed the way we look at arcs in a board. Now a rider has the least amount of resistance, travels up the wake with more forward momentum and lands with less impact. The lift comes from an easier release and the added speed. Glide speed - puts smiles on riders faces since not very long ago and can cure the common cold.
