The Santa Cruz OGSC X Type TT Snowboard has a slightly stiffer flex than other Santa Cruz TT boards and is designed for freestyle riders.
Construction and Core
The X Type TT features a Pop Light core giving it the highest strength ratio available making it virtually indestructible. The X Type TT also has two added rows of inserts, which allow you wider stance options and if you choose, increased setback.
Base
Featuring a StrucTurn Speed base the X Type TT is a super fast board with virtually no drag. The X Type TT features triax superlight FS fibers which give it the fine tuned freestyle flex you need to perform at a higher level. The X Type TT also features a 4400 lightening sintered base, the new ‘see ya at the bottom’ base.
Sidewalls and Edges
The X Type TT features ComPly C1 sidewalls to take the edge off your rail slides and park jibs while improving your edge grip on turns all day long. ComPly also acts as a shock-absorber, dampening your ride by absorbing vibration. The X Type TT is a true twin tip model enhanced by Bi-O-Metric sidecut engineered for riders who demand versatility, the backside edge has a deeper sidecut radius than the front side edge, allowing more leverage when on your heel side so no more too-wide ball-buster heel-side turns or bending over to keep balance.

Rocker A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
