Built with Rossignol women's F.I.T. technology to enhance lightness and maneuverability, the 2010 Rossignol SC 74 Skis are ideal for intermediate to advanced women skiers who ski mostly on-piste terrain but like the feel of a freeride ski.

Rossignol’s Shark Nose provides an aluminum insert integrated into the tip of the ski to increase torsional rigidity for added control at high speeds
74mm underfoot and a smaller turning radius provide for tighter turns on the groomers and overall great all-mountain performance.
Construction
Rossignol women’s specific F.I.T construction reduces the overall weight of women’s skis by 15% without loosing the performance and incorporates a natural forward mounting position which optimizes the distribution between tip and tail
Dualtech construction couples a cap with sidewalls sloped at 20 degree to facilitate pivoting and skidding. The cap provides more precision and protects the sidewalls, thus providing optimum kick transmission on the edges.

These skis have narrower waists and shorter turn radii for edge to edge quickness and responsive turn initiation and exit on groomed runs and hard pack. The beginner-intermediate skis in this category are designed to make learning how to turn as easy as going from pizza to French fries. All-Mountain All-mountain skis are designed to handle anything you throw at them including powder, ice, groomers, steeps, heavy snow, and everything in between, but they aren’t necessarily a master of any one terrain. If you’re only going to own one ski to do it all, this is what you want. All-mountain skis generally have what we call mid-fat waists that range from 80-110 mm.
