Don’t let her 102mm waist fool you, the Phat Luv is an agile and lightweight rock star. K2’s Phat Love ski floats effortlessly through untracked snow like a crowd surfing punk rocker. Though designed primarily for powder; the blend of "enough" sidecut and powder tip shape, still allow this ski to handle any condition on the mountain.

Mod Tech: K2’s secondary elastometric is thickest at the center to insulate skiers from vibrations and thinned out towards the tip and tail to reduce weight and increase maneuverability.
Women’s specific Mod Monic: By embedding the solid 15 gram zinc mass into the T:NINE series, test teams found skis had a smoother ride because vibrations were lessened.
BioFlex Core: Spruce and Fir Cores fused into one ski. You get the stability of Fir underfoot and the lightweight spring of spruce at the tip and tail for easier turning and lightweight stability.
