Torah Bright's official pro model, the Roxy Torah Bright XC2 BTX Snowboard was crafted using sustainable processes among the tall trees and snow-laden steeps of the Pacific Northwest. Mervin took extra care to equip this board with the best of the best, including their proprietary XC2 BTX rocker line which places a small space of rocker between the bindings and aggressive camber at the tip and tail lending plenty of drive for carving gorgeous arcs and pushing through crud. Magne-Traction™ comes to your aid in between storm cycles, while a Light Hearted Core and Silky Smooth laminates lend the Roxy Torah Bright XC2 BTX Snowboard a lively feel that's still tough as nails. Kind of like its namesake.

Rocker Type
XC2 BTX – A small space of rocker between the bindings extends to aggressive camber at the tip and tail. This puts more camber underfoot to increase pressure at the tip and tail. Extra pressure means more power when you're bombing everything from spring slush to fresh fields of powder.
Flex
7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – A stiff flex ideal for aggressive riders looking to dominate the mountain. High speed turning precision and stability combined with stable landings and tons of pop.
Shape
True Twin – A true twin snowboard shape is ideal for riders who want to ride switch. The nose and tail are identical and the flex distributes throughout the entirety of the board. True twins are symmetrical.
Core
Light Hearted Core – The core is the most defining factor of a snowboard. Its shape, type of wood, and contour determine how the board will ride and respond to varying conditions. The Light Hearted Core is ultra light, lively, and strong and is crafted from fast growing, sustainable farmed timbers that include FSC-certified wood.
Laminates
Silky Smooth Bio Fiber – More lightweight than fiberglass, this renewable organic fiber has inherent vibration dampening properties and improved elasticity compared to other fibers commonly used in snowboards.

Stiff The amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
